What is a Professional Organizer?
A Professional Organizer is someone that helps you to overcome clutter and disorganization, assists individuals and businesses to improve their organizing systems and process, for the purpose of improving their client's quality of life, increasing personal productivity and achieving greater efficiency.

A Professional Organizer helps you organize your space(s), by creating customized, sustainable systems. They are there to help you through the entire organizing process from start to finish. Professional Organizers help you sort, de-clutter, place or file items to make your home a better place to live, can increase your businesses profitability and functions, as well as camaraderie within the work place.

How do I get started?
Click on this link here: Contact me, be sure to tell me what your organizing needs are which may include: what rooms/areas you’d like organized, and any other details you’d like to include. I will then get back to you via email or phone call to set up a time for our initial consultation and determine the scope of the project.
 
What takes place at a consultation?
A consultation is an evaluation of a space inquired by a potential client. The consultation can take up to an hour to formulate a "Plan of Action".  Questions, concerns and the overall vision for the space will be discussed. *Payment may be taken at the end of a consultation as well as any written agreements if prospected client chooses to hire BH Pro Organizing LLC for their organizing services.

What are your business hours?
Organizing sessions and consultations are agreed upon mutually between client and BH Pro Organizing LLC.
 
Are organizing services confidential?
Yes! All meetings, correspondence, and questions between client and BH Pro Organizing LLC will remain confidential within State & Federal laws.
 
Do you bring the necessary supplies, or do I purchase them separately?
Yes, BH Pro Organizing LLC offers purchasing products for intended project and may bring property of BH Pro Organizing LLC such as bins, totes, labels to assist in the organizing process. If client purchases a package, certain perks may be included and will be discussed at time of hire. View shopping rates here, Shopping Rates.
If desired, client may purchase products.

Do you make arrangements to take away any donations, consignments, and trash? If so, do you
charge a fee for this service?

Yes, BH Pro Organizing LLC will make arrangement for items to be consigned, donated or picked up for recycling or trashed per clients request. Fees apply depending on location of client and available services.

Do you work alone or do you have a team of employees or subcontractors, if necessary?
Depending on the job at hand, there may be one or more organizers "on-site". BH Pro Organizing LLC may aid in finding subcontractors depending on the scope of work that needs done. All subcontractors are asked for proof of insurance and agreements will be in writing for client and BH Pro Organizing LLC.

Do you take photographs on my property (or, at my business)? 
Yes, "before & after" pictures are taken of the evaluated and/or organized space(s) for internal purposes. One reason being to space plan and assess the area that is inquired about, another reason is for proof of work done. Sometimes photos are used for social proof or testimonials but are optional per client. (Photography Waiver Applies)

Are you insured?
Yes, I am insured.

What are your rates?
Packages and rates are available on the Services page.  

What payments are accepted?
I accept cash, checks and all major credit cards, payment is due after consultation to book sessions or after each session if paying by the hour. (Minimum 3 hours)

​​Do you belong to any professional organizations?
Yes, I am an active member of Organizer.Club and have successfully completed Organizer.Club's Professional Organizing training program. I believe in continuing my own education, staying up-to-date with the latest organizing trends to better serve my clients, students, followers and community.
